I think he almost certainly killed himself. He left the band in 2001 because of a suicide attempt, and for the last month or two he's been posting stories on his Facebook page from around the time he met Rivers Cuomo up through the production of the Green Album. It sounded like he was having some family troubles as well. He also seemed to have a pretty positive demeanor right before he died (ala Kurt Cobain, David Foster Wallace, etc.) Basically we should have seen it coming.

I think he just means that you'd be unlikely to go up to a guy as built as that and say "Haha, your mum took your picture!"

they leave it in a cage outside on rainy nights
and every morning it is crying because it is in that cage for hours

yeah that's just not right, don't hesitate about making a complaint or whatever. the dog would probably be better off at the SPCA anyways until it hopefully gets adopted. A dog that is well cared for rarely ever barks in my experience.

sometimes making complaints is futile but I mentioned in another thread recently, there was a dog across the alley way between our street that cried for hours every day, and eventually dog contol/spca did come and take the dog away from the owners. we personally didn't make a complaint about it, but I imagine if more people complain they act quicker. then again I live in yuppie land

I just bought a N64 expansion pack yesterday and I am playing Perfect Dark for the first time. why is this more exciting to me than any modern video game released in years? I have no idea. it's great though. me and my roommate were playing co-op mode last night, I LOVED it. the only problem I had was the SLOWDOWN. the framerate DIES sometimes, which is unfortunate, I don't remember Goldeneye being that bad...but then again PD really does take the graphics up a notch
