No he doesn't...he wants law-abiding citizens who undergo a background check to have the option of carrying a concealed weapon if they get a permit.

right, but most people who shoot people were law abiding citizens beforehand

and NOONE needs an assault rifle

..think of the consequences if every single citizen has a concealed handgun with them, the police would instantly become ineffective and every single scuffle with the police would turn into a bloodbath

I thought they already allowed concealed weapons to be owned with a permit in states like Arizona and Texas? Correct me if I'm wrong.

im not saying its accurate OR innaccurate, im saying there is absolutely no purpose for any citizen to have an assault rifle, and if everyone has a concealed handgun with them for instance, the police would have no authority at all, there would probably be shootouts everywhere
