I have actually been playing around with Live a nice bit since you gave me recommendations. I have mostly been making original stuff, but is mixing clips like this difficult to do in Live? I just imagine it being really hard to manage all those tracks at once

Yeah, I'm aware that it isn't as impressive or skilful as most of his audience will think it is but I could never say it's terrible. I mean, it's all been tuned right and there are some parts that take a bit of thought / creative thinking (3:43-3:53 five artists singing pretty much the same thing). So yeah, it's not masterpiece but I think it's a good job.

vaporgenie kind of sucks, however I used to use mine at lunch breaks at my old job because it's odorless pretty much. problem is once they get clogged they're pretty much fucked, also never actually smoke weed out of it even though it says you can, because it will forever taste bad when you vaporize.
