I have a friend who is like, rhythmically retarded. He has NO rhythm whatsoever. I've never heard him so much as hum a tune. Because he's insecure, he will sometimes semantically memorize song lyrics and sing them whenever we're in the car together. Even doing that, it's still clear has no rhythm at all. Like it's a stretch to say he's even in sync with the song, let alone hitting the right notes. He could never recall how a song goes if he goes a weak without hearing it.

So a few months ago, he's like, "I'm going to learn guitar!" so he goes out and fricken buys two guitars. So he learns like 4 chords and suddenly he's a guitar player. He exaggerates and says he's been playing for a year, yet all he can play is the intro to Wonderwall and the intro to Hey There Delilah.

It's like me saying I can speak Spanish because I know like 50 words.

Then he posts pictures of himself on facebook strumming. and every girl on his page is like, "you play guitar??" What he told me he does is, some girl will ask him to play a song, then he'll feign disinterest after like 30 seconds.

YES. there is this guy in my class who also plays the guitar like me, he is absolutely terrible, he posts pictures onto facebook of him playing it, he also has no rhythm whatsoever, his old shitty band of nerds where playing back in black infront of the whole of our highschool and he breaks out into a terrible solo where he hit all the wrong notes and just because he done abit of terrible finger tapping everyone in the school thinks he is amazing, it takes the piss
