Also, I haven't workd out in 2 days and I dunno if I will today. My right arm is still sore I will do the ab stuff I guess, but it makes me feel bad for only doing half. BUT I GUESS IT'S BETTER THAN NOTHING OMG.

IT'S INTENSE!

I should be able to go tomorrow. It's gradually getting better. It probably wasn't the best idea to just jump into the videos without having worked out that much before. It honestly feels like someone punched my funny bone. Other parts of me are still sore, but definitely not as bad.

edit - HOLY SHIT BRYCE, WE HAVE THE SAME CAT... I think I mentioned that before. BUT STILL.
