I never saw that question. Europe is dirty because everything is centralized and overcrowded in the major cities. You don't have suburbs. I'm not even sure you know what they are. Without suburbs, all the happening things are happening in the city, so that's where EVERYONE has to go. The city just keeps getting bigger and bigger, and older and older, as more and more things are built on top of the older things. The roads are so small, and there's no parking space at all. You're forced to drive these tiny little vehicales. Tou'd have to be crazy to own a SUV or a pick-up truck (not necessary a bad thing though, IMO). Everything is crammed together in this tiny little space. All the buildings are litterally right on top of each other. There's just no elbow room, and it's old, and old things get dirty.
