I cherish that 'they' consider such an introduction to be unquestionably cute and normal.

Given that, I'd rate the likelihood of this actually being Red to be 75%.

If this person manages to incorporate themselves into conversation I'd raise the likelihood to 90%, as Red's always been the type to forget that 3dmm Dot Com is notorious for shitting on people simply for their low post count.
