well its a well edited video. but he is triggering entire composed sections with quantized presses. just look at how few finger presses he does per amount of sound. so the sound isn't really live in the sense that i assume you mean it, but that's just the type of video this is - its a fun way of him showing you the mashup that he composed. whats the alternative, just him hitting Play and listening to it on-cam... or editing a video without showing himself

I'm just watching Home Alone for the first time in forever, and I never really realized just how insanely rich that family was. As a kid I thought of them as just a standard family

haha I just watched Home Alone the other day too! It struck me how "Chicago" that whole movie really is.
