That video wasn't so bad. They just want you to work for free to help them enforce the rules you never liked for incentives only a tool would find appealing

the video itself is unbearable to watch.
the animation, the song where a bunch of guys with fake glasses and hipster beards sit around in a wooden hut stomping on the floor clapping and saying "oh" and "hey" while playing an acoustic guitar, and the fact they're parading an easily abusable feature like it's the next big thing.
