her constant mention of hygiene is pretty funny. could see all the pop culture references turning off some.

i feel like the videos make her 100x better. she's very good with the 1-take style. i'd like to hear her with a bit more interesting of a producer backing her.

It's one player and a DM, so it's basically two people building a story together, usually with some random elements that neither totally control. It can be pretty cool if the GM knows what they're doing, and the player likes developing a character.

I mean, I really can't fault him for "trying too hard", because unlike most of us, he's in high school. Not even the good half of high school, the shitty part where you have to forge an identity for yourself and you're constantly reminded that you're not actually cool yet. He's kind of a nerd and doing the best with what he's got. We could do a lot worse than Austin French Fry.
