yesterday I woke up with a squashed muffin in my pocket. I took it out, and turned my pockets inside out to get rid of the crumbs. Then I ate the muffin.

Drought parches much of U.S., may get worse
Water, not oil, soon will become the most precious commodity for Americans, some climatologists say. Droughts are spreading. At least 36 states will face water shortages within five years, according to a report, and not for the reasons you might think. "We don't value water and we're going to regret it," says Marjorye Heeney, who grew up on an Oklahoma farm during the Dust Bowl. full story

Yeah, it's pretty high up on my favorite list. Recommended songs: Derail and Demise, The Circle Must Be Broken, Paraphrases, Exploitation Picket Fence. I could probably send them to you if you're interested.

Hey Ben, have you listened any to Satyricon's new album, The Age of Nero? Not my kind of music, but it's supposed to be good.

For me personally, groups like Tommy Tokyo & Starving for My Gravy sound nice, but I just can't listen to music being created today that I feel would have been exactly the same if created in the 60s/70s.
There are SO many groups of today that I have this problem with... its definitely a bit of a trend now, cause I see groups like this as guests on late night shows all the time.
The other day, there was someone who obviously thought they were 60s Bob Dylan. It was an exact copy, even the way he was wording his lyrics. But this 60s-style stuff has definitely got an audience right now.

Its funny that :3 is a tag, but to embed youtube videos, you still have to type "youtube" and "/youtube", as though "[yt]" is too common
