I have all four wisdom teeth. Me and Shaun were obviously made by a divine creator.

OK, so our only Zydeco album was on CD, but it became UNPLAYABLE because it got dropped on a rough surface. But what do I do? I just download torrents of Zydeco albums, not another CD of it.

REASON: because CDs become unbearably clicky, and eventually UNPLAYABLE at just very low thresholds of abuse. Plus, CDs don't come with permanent housing that ensures protection from accidental mishandling. Just another reason why I stopped using CDs for good. Not to mention the other albums of ours that became UNPLAYABLE from the most accidental of damage!

I'm really convinced that CDs become unplayable at the most accidental of damage compared to audio cassettes, 8-track tapes, vinyl records, and of course, flash memory.

Hard drives might be vulerable at relatively high accidental mishandling, but they have protective housing in some ways.

Clinton, what do you think about the conspiracy theory that Michael Jackson might still be alive?

Or, maybe the conspiracy that record companies distribute his shit on CDs, just as an excuse to get people to buy a second copy at higher degrees of accidentalness to the damage of the physical copes!

What a waste of money that is, thank god I have BACKUP COPIES of albums on an EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE!

I find that it may be a clandestine win-win for manufacturers that "keeping costs down" for one item also results in "becomes unusable at higher degrees of accidental damage" in such a way where comsumers end up buying another copy of the physical product (music album on CD, or movie on DVD).

But those who have the resources to make "backup copies" know how to evade these ulterior motives from corporations. It's like: I have a hard drive (for the home) and an MP3 player (on the go and fits in my pocket) to serve as "escape pods" to ensure that the physical copy is still near MINT CONDITION as a "collectors item".

I figure that if anybody is gonna invest floor space and money on a BOOKSHELF for physical copies of media (CD, cassette, vinyl, 8-track, etc) that they should just treat them as COLLECTORS ITEMS, seeing as they are too delicate for everyday use.

I really know why we should just leave collectors items alone for the most part.
