Maybe I'll make a creepypasta about (somebody who I promised not to mention on this site). But I'll probably find another site to mention him.

But maybe I'll find another celebrity to make a creepypasta about.

Skilled workers may become permanent residents because they are able to become economically established in Canada. To be accepted as a Skilled Worker, applicants must excel in most of the following categories: (1) have enough money to support their family for sixth months after moving to Canada. (2) speak either English or French (3) have a high level of education (4) have many years of work experience (5) are younger than 49 years old (6) have an offer of employment in Canada.
Business immigrants are those who invest in or start businesses in Canada. To qualify, you generally must have relatively high personal wealth, and show that you will either invest CDN $400,000.00 in a business, own and actively manage a business, or start a business in Canada.
Family class immigrants are those sponsored by a Canadian family member. Canadian permanent residents or citizens can sponsor a spouse or partner, parent, grandparent, dependent child, a child who will be adopted, and orphaned brothers or sisters, nieces, nephews, or grandchildren who are under 18.

I had that very idea for a creepypasta as well, how about a creepypasta where every billboard erected on highway 404 has the legendary Windows 9x BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH image, now that can really invoke the Internet error homage in a way!

Wow that's pretty fascist.

Why? Lots of countries have special skilled worker immigration procedures.

Hey I know a lot of you are on Something Awful so maybe one of you can explain what's up there (I'm not but I like to read it when it's not hidden to unregistered users). Ever since it's been reopened to unregistered users most recently, the GBS forum is now "GBS 1.4" and I guess is no longer moderated and is dominated by no-content joke threads, and allows massive obnoxious signatures? They always struck me as ultra-strict even to a fault, why the sudden change? Or is this some kinda joke on unregistered users like the word censoring and the normal GBS is still there but hidden? It's been one of my go-to "crap I'm out of Internet content" places for years, but I have no desire to read this any more

So it was a conscious decision to stop moderating it? Seems really strange and sudden...it had been pretty much the same for years, now suddenly it's more like FYAD (did they get merged?). I guess I can see it being more fun as an insider, in the same kinda sense as the TTF, but it doesn't have much appeal to someone like me who liked the long threads where they'd try and solve mysteries/puzzles or make Photoshops or rag on bitcoins and things like that

Is it SA that now has some strange word-replacement censoring? I remember reading a few posts that had "poop" or "doodoo" or something plastered all over them and, judging by the context, it looked like the words had been inserted in place of swears.

Don't recall what site it was though. I just know it was some popular place that I never visit, so I'm guessing SA.

Is Canada only for the privileged? The proletariat don't need a lot of money, college education, AND a job already reserved in order to be productive members of society. Oh, and official languages too? Need I say more?

Yeah it was conscious, plus there's some weird shit going on behind the scenes it seems. A lot of the mod team left recently and I keep hearing talk that Lowtax is gonna shut the site but I don't think that'll happen
