The latter. What was cut out? Was that scene cut out that was on youtube? Or was there something cut out that just wasn't shown? Cus I didn't have any problem with the joke, I didn't think it seemed censored.

That clip is the original uncensored joke. The version that went out on UK TV had Bart say "Hold that thought; I'm getting a text". Then suddenly Skinner says "What is in this coffee?" They cut out all references to Viagra but decided to leave in the punchline, even though the entire setup to the joke wasn't there anymore. Anyone who hasn't seen the uncensored version will forever wonder what was in his coffee.
