dude have you seen these russian driving videos

it's almost like every car has a camera in it, which seems very unlikely, but it's weird that cars that actually have cameras in them managed to catch these monster accidents

have you ever been on the highway alone for a few hours or more?? You get bored! If I had a quality camera in my phone I'd probably record pieces of my drive.

I think some people do it for insurance. If you have an accident, you can prove if it's not your fault.

it looks like the plank was on the road and when the car in front drove over it it flipped it up or something

yeah ive heard that it's common to have a camera on your car in Russia, supposedly lots of the police are not very reliable and/or corrupt.

seems like a good idea for insurance purposes as Trooper said, surprised more countries don't utilize it

It's a thing in like, weird places like Russia and South America and honestly it's a really good idea and with how cheap cameras are I don't know why this isn't just a thing.

e: but that vid above isn't a dashcam that's just like some dude's phone or something

e2: yeah that's an iphone

It was a piece of debris on the road that the trailer in front of him kicked up with its back tire.

it def looks interesting but i have trouble being hyped by trailers that just show scripted sequences and a few explosions. i hope there's a decent amount of open world but im expecting it to mostly be really linear which i have trouble getting into these days unless its mind blowing

I do it everywhere i go, no matter how short a journey. I just use my normal smartphone with the DailyRoads app.

Within a month of having my first car + license i go into a crash. I was certain it wasn't my fault, but going on my story against theirs and the circumstances meant i either i was going to be at fault or at best shared fault (which meant i literally wouldn't be able to afford to drive come insurance renewal (already paying nearly 3k as it is)). Thanks to the video and a ultra self righteous and condescending document i made describing it, the other party had no choice but to accept it was their fault.

I'd recommend it, seeing as how it's almost literally free.

so i uninstalled it. that was the most hilariously bad introduction i have ever had to a game that is supposed to be decent.

The sheriff's office said Herring was arrested when she pulled into a private driveway. The arrest report said Herring had been driving about 70 mph in a 45 mph speed zone.

Herring was charged with driving while impaired, felony fleeing to elude arrest, driving while license revoked, careless and reckless driving and driving left of center, the newspaper reported. She was also charged in an unrelated case on a charge of failing to appear in court for a driving while impaired charge.
