some rebuttal to that video:

-It's always been my understanding that terrorists were the original pilots, not that terrorists had taken over the planes. They had trained for a very long time, like any other pilot. So it's perfectly plausible that they would be capable of rerouting a plane, making a corkscrew turn at very low altitude, and most importantly, rendering passengers helpless, because nobody on board is capable of flying a plane.
-It's probably easier than it sounds to scare people into submission. And the video doesn't acknowledge the terrorists on Flight 93 failed to reach their target.
-About the planes not being intercepted by fighter pilots: Before 9/11, there had never been such a large attack on US soil. America wasn't at terror alert orange. It's perfectly plausible people air control were hesitant to call the military to shoot down four airplanes filled with innocent people. Because nobody would've ever imagined 9/11 could happen.
-"This man never existed" -- well explain who he is. Who are the other people. I'm supposed to already know? Can I have more information please or might that hurt the argument?

The video moves to fast for you to think and analyze, it takes advantage of your ignorance.

I've said this before. The US saw 9/11 as an opportunity for imperial expansion. But they didn't orchestrate 9/11.

I think the non-existent man is a guy who was on the live feed from one of the news channels and he said some stuff that didn't stack up with the facts later on, and then the video was never played on TV again. Can't remember what he said though or what credibility there was to the things he was claiming.

He heard what sounded like an explosion. A plane just hit a damn building and the building is getting ready to collapse. If the structural integrity of a building is compromised, you're probably going to hear a lot of loud noises before the building falls. That testimony doesn't mean anything.

That the clip was only played once on TV isn't part of a conspiracy. It's not played on TV precisely because it's misleading to people who think a giant fire caused by a plane will be quiet.

the problem is that he says he's on the 8th floor, there is a big explosion, and he can't continue down because of this. he also said separately how there were dead bodies in the lobby of the building.
