My highest max was 220 at one time. Now it's probably down to 215 or 210. But I don't bench anymore like I used to or else i'd be up at 250 or 275 or higher. It's hard on my right shoulder. Plus Benching doesn't help with boxing or any MMA fighting. Doing mostly conditioning workouts like push ups, core workouts, heavy bag drills, running, and doing different and certain weight exercises help with power, speed, and stamina. And since benching effects my shoulder I have taken that out of my workout for a while so it doesn't effect me while boxing or training. I have had too many breaks due to my shoulder.
