What the fuck does the synchronize tool do???? Seriously, I NEVER used it, and I could never grasp exactly what it was meant for.

The syncronize tool can change the frame that an object appears in the scene.

It's like, if you want to animate two people to run through a door at the same time or something, but they arrive at different times when you do the initial action, you can alter the time that one of them arrives (by making them start running sooner) so that they get there at the same time.
