The Man in the Black Suit

This was a fun and interesting movie. I had expected something completely different from the title and the preview image, some kinda heavily stylized thriller or something, but what it ended up being - a silly but very nice-looking smorgasbord of action scenes.

The main character, a modified Timothy, is really well done. Not sure why he was selected for use in this, but hey, logic and continuity weren't major priorities here. The same goes for the other expansions used throughout, especially Mr. Game and Watch (probably not the most difficult expansion to make, but nice nonetheless).

As far as plot goes, there really is none. James Bond-Timothy wanders through a city and has wacky adventures!

The entire movie is really well animated. Particularly impressive was the brief first-person shot through Timothy's glasses. It's too bad that only lasted a second or two, but hey, better than nothing. The main city is a pretty standard model - lots of evenly-arranged tall buildings with little variation - but the other environments look decent enough.

The inclusion of original music is always laudable, glad to see that.

All in all, a fun couple of unpretentious minutes. 78%.
