Hell-Based Comedy Currently In Pre-Prod

Just letting you all know, and pinning my name to the idea before anyone else does. I lost all my old work in a major computer-typhoid epidemic around half a year ago. It seemed awful at the time, but it's helped me disconnect from my default scenery noobish shit like "Germ" and the like. I'd like to think I've improved a little since my less than impressive set of movies in my first year here. When I watch them back it makes me cringe.

But back to the matter in hand...

Once I've finished my second part of the Chain Movie, I can focus all my efforts on this new one, "Damned" or "Hell Bent" or whatever I finally decide on calling it. The title is stuck between a few options at the moment but I'll probably announce it if I come to a conclusion.

Anywho, I'm only just starting the scripting so there's no voice acting to be done yet ... but there certainly will be. Obviously, there's gonna be a part for Satan. There'll also be the main character, a die-hard Christian who gets damned to Hell by accident due to a mix-up of names in the Purgatory filing office. Then there'll be a few minor parts ... and possibly The Grim Reaper.

I'm not even sure if this is going to be a series of short episodes or all of my ideas and gimmicks crammed into one longer movie. I'll probably steer clear of the latter and make a few of these, providing the first one goes down well.

So yeah. It's all a bit "... um ..." and "... ah ..." at the moment but it should all develop nicely in good time. I'll post updates here, and I'll most likely use this thread for the voice acting requests when they show up, so check back now and then if you're interested.

Hope you go through with something Trooper, you seem to have lots of ideas, and it'd be good to see you improve on stuff!
