hahaha this movie was great. Most entries were entertaining, though the final is by far the coolest thing about it. HMC's artwork was brilliant too.

I KNEW I should have joined on this! Maybe next time. btw, thanks for the random Mogato scene lol

That movie was at the top of my anticipated list back in whatever year it was supposed to come out. #1 spot. I was surprised to find those six scenes of unfinished work in an old 3DMM folder, so I thought it'd be a neat reference

Glad you liked!

This was monstrous!

I found myself laughing out loud at a number of skits. Great job, Aaron, getting these abstract ideas to make sense and building upon them as the movie went along. I can hardly imagine what a pain in the butt it must have been to compile something like this as 3dmm is just about the worst compiling tool I have ever seen. You did wonderful work getting the sounds to start and stop properly at the end of the skits. Your hard work is much appreciated, because a ragtag group of scenes like this wouldn't have half the impact without such cohesion.

There were a lot of both funny and impressive takes in this. The Portal scenes were mind-blowing, as were the original drawings HMC did.

My favorites include At Rest Ambulance, Dundarundun Conveyor, Charlie 2, Charlie Katamari, Knight Heavy Shoes, Knight FPV, Totem Boo Satanik, Frank's Elevator, Frank Makes Dinner, Frank Vs. Timothy, Moments Earlier 3, Moments Earlier 5 was awesome, C, D, P, Q, R (rockin' Z had me fooled), W (Maltby really does fit in well!), Kachunk 3, Owned 6, Sniper and the Spy, Atmosphere, and, of course, the fantastic Finale.

This wasn't a perfect conglomeration, of course, but it is certainly one of the most successful. The only one that I think fits better together might be Death of the Newbie, and that was a completely different take on the idea.

There were some gags I didn't care for, like Frank Makes People, Owned, or Lip Synching (sorry Michael), and others didn't meet their potential or weren't built enough for how far they were stretched (Moments Earlier), but this was a team effort and you play the cards you are dealt. At points, this almost turned into a 3dmm retrospective (an idea that could easily fill a Big Movie 2 on that premise alone), but held off enough to stand on its own and only poke fun at its 3dmm past.

Great work, gentlemen. It almost feels like we actually built something big! I would have preferred it if there was a numbering system in the bottom corner of the skits so it would be easier to comment on them, but at over 120 skits that's a daunting task in and of itself!

hahah i loved this. It's so amusing to see what everyone comes up with. Great compiling Aaron, and sweet-ass ending. Reminded me of "Something" when everything starts melding together. A definite feel good/break from reality movie.

And I think the last graphic of the film should be on the back of a t-shirt...seriously.

Haha wow, great job on compiling all those, Aaron! The intro was awesome, you really know you're in for a lot of fun when you've watched it. And I was, though for each good submission there were probably 3-4 that I didn't like that much (probably none of the Moments earlier-skits and, uh, several others).

The ones I did like were pretty awesome though, lots of creative ideas here. "Where's Charlie" was great, O for Obama almost had me in tears, W... just wow, and Z, haha. Great job on the finale as well, a worthy tie up to all the concepts. I also liked that you included lots of 3DMM classics in there, nice touch.

All in all, good job.

Well fucking done. Seriously, that was somehow the dumbest and most brilliant thing I have ever seen. Really, though, amazing. Simply amazing.

What was the music in the finale when they're all floating up from the Earth? I'm thinking Mass Effect, but that's probably because I've been playing it all week.

Also the amount of time put into a lot of these is amazing. I would have just gotten the shits and moved onto an easier medium.

Ehem... Moments Earlier 4 is RUSS STEPAN... Not Eric Burger. And I see my masturbating car was cut. haha, probably for the best. But, to tell the truth, I can actually truthfully say I LOL'd. VERY VERY uncommon, but, I did. Great job guys, fantastic compilation. Superb animation littered throughout. Great job community! I love us.

Yeah, Eric caught that earlier in the thread. I will fix it and reupload a little later, and for the youtube version.

You're like, the fourth person who's said something about their At Rest entry being cut...none of them were really "cut", I just didn't use any of the ones from the At Rest movie unless they helped with pacing the movie. Cause there's 34 of them. And they were already given a separate compilation for that reason. So yeah, no one's At Rests were cut.

Glad you enjoyed

OHH YEHH!!! I remember that. Right-o! Favorites: The ball of people in the diner was SO freakin' funny, The hand-made character animations of Patrick kung-fu, The Knight looks at Augustin and he flies really high and stuff, the finale, W was AMAZING, and a bunch of the beginning ones. N' stuff. Could someone upload the pictures of the characters. I'd like to see them outside of 3dmm.

I knew I forgot something! I loved that scene, really well done. Cutting the actors into different parts really gives you a lot of freedom to pull off stuff that looks awesome. Definitely a trick I'm gonna use more often.
