This is actually pretty well done as a form/grayscale/color piece, but something about the drone of that white noise gives me a headache.

haha I hated this so much. it was one of the first movies I downloaded from 3dmoviemaker.8k.com or somewhere because it had 5 stars, and boy was I disappointed/annoyed by its pretentiousness

It's only pretentious if it claims to have hidden meanings, as far as I can see it's just a form/color exercise. We saw a lot of the same stuff in some of my college courses.

People talking about how amazing and what a work of art it was were pretty annoying though.

BTW, I'm a huge fan of Ryoji Ikeda, and I could tell it was him. What exactly was the source of the music? Is there a recording of him with Carsten Nicolai, or did you edit it yourself? From the name, I'm assuming parts of it came from 0°C?
