Well, this certainly wins the award for the worst host ever used. Why is this a flash file, anyway?

Clinton apparently doesn't know how to upload movies in .3mm/.vmm format.

Clinton, with this being in Flash you could have added camera movements really easily. Assuming it was a MovieClip, you should try keyframing the scene it's in and like, just moving it about and giving the camera a bit of focus and stuff, could look cool. Also, without digging up old topics, maybe move away from the Nick stuff now.

I know it's pointless to try to reason with you, but

Clinton you are terrible, terrible terrible terrible, at impressions, imitation, parody, everything. Why do substitute your voice for the real voice actors whenever it's convienient? Characters' voices don't just change for no reason. Pick a voice and stick with it. There was nothing about this movie that resembled Ren and Stimpy other than the characters themselves, so why not just use regular 3dmm actors?? That way at least you look more original, and you're not tricking the audience into thinking there's anything remotely in common with your movie and whatever tv show you think you're copying.

One thing that baffles me, is that people are complaining about copying off Nickelodeon. The reason why peopes' complaints don't make sense to me is because there was a Nickelodeon expansion pack available for 3dmm, which 90% of v3dmm users ignore completely. Also, how come all 3dmm movies on Newgrounds except one are done by me?

The Nickelodeon expansion pack only exists because it seemed like a cool idea at the time. It was released before we had V3DMM, so adding any new characters was like still a big deal. All the characters were taken from Nickelodeon 3D Movie Maker, which was a completely separate version of 3DMM. None of us use the Nickelodeon actors because unlike you, we are capable of original thought.

I am capable of original movie ideas too albeit by compassing available characters from expansions packs that are heavily ignored by the general 3dmm community.

They are ignored because they are inherently unoriginal. The suspension of disbelief required to convince someone that Powdered Toast Man is anything but is just too great, and unoriginality is looked down upon in virtually any art medium. We ignore them for the most part because THEY'RE JUST NOT WHAT WE NEED. We don't have any huge obligation to use them because that just doesn't make any sense. There are a fuck-ton of other expansions we could be using/creating now that we have V3DMM.

There was also a lot of silly dialogue built into 3dmm which we don't feel the need to incorporate. I think I'm safe in saying v3dmm/3dmming is fun only because of the many ways people have found to break away from the initial aims of the program.

This is where I think you differ from everyone else here, we don't look at the actors and scenes and dialogue built into 3dmm and try and work into using them, most of us just get an idea then make 3dmm work for us.
I mean think about when you watch a really impressive film, part of the fun is in "oh my god look what theyve accomplished with such a simple tool". You can only stretch Nickelodeon spin-offs and "Ooh this place is spooky" so far.

Well, I just thought I would submit it to Newgrounds for a change. Also, it has been well-enjoyed by Newgrounders. Because, since YouTube now has 400+ 3dmm shorts, I kinda started to move on to having some 3dmm movies submitted to Newgrounds since All 3dmm movies submitted there except one are made by me. Why don't you all start submitting flash (converted from 3dmm screen capture) to Newgrounds too?

Well, you seem to say that you entirely ignore pre-recorded speeches bundled with the program, however you should be grateful that there is a shitload of user-made mods since I take full advantage of the user-made mod library.

Edit: I make my own recordings because I want to be a voice actor as well as an animator.

Anyway, is anybody here even aware of a 90s retro movement that is developing? BTW, won't you even predict that in the 2010s, it will be the 90s again since this decade was basically a renaissance of 80 culture, fads and meda. Because utilizing the Nickelodeon expansion pack is one way of reliving the 90s as we know that the 90s retro movement is descending its way into modern culture.

Goddamn it Clinton. Just get out. No-one likes your ideas. How many fucking times to we have to repeat this? Not one of your ideas here have been seriously considered. This community was here long before you were. Trust us, we know. By all means continue to make your stupid little films. But don't expect us to pretend like we even give a shit. We don't. Here we are again, telling you this. But of course it won't get through to you.

If you're just going to post 'me me me! look at me!' and not comment anything to do with the movie make your own thread

Yeah! you tell them! Because Romy and Michele's High School Reunion was a "1980s retro movie" made in 1997 which was a few years before the 2000s. In analogy, I've jumped onto 1990s nostalgia in 2007. Get it?

Wrong. Wrong in so many ways that it's hard to even address the situation. Wrong.
