I ALSO TOLD YOU WHAT I THOUGHT ON MSN.

But seriously man, I thought this was a pretty fun movie, the concept was pretty enjoyable. Critically though, i'm sure you know the animation was a lil' choppy here and there (Ironic in terms of the movies concept?) and that it lacked general sound effects, but I didn't really think that mattered with this movie, cause like, it was FUN.

..mhurmhurrm...

Woah. Hello Jpro!

P.S. To Killer Banana - please get a Psychoholiday account, and please add a preview image. I'll mirror the link on 3dmmfiles.

Hahahaha, I liked this! Would've liked to see a longer and more detailed version, possibly pulling from the styles of major movies along the way. As a short, it is entertaining and probably the best value so far in the filmfest, but it really needs a more elaborate and focused vision. Good call on the final text, I was ready to point that out since the movie seemed intent on being fairly honest (if fucked up) portrayal.

You should definitely make something else after this.

Thank you, I actually really like the idea of a longer more detailed version of this, I'm already getting alot of ideas in my head (hell, it even looks like it will make alot more sense, aka: any sense). Oh, and I signed up for a Psychoholiday account, I'm now just waiting for approval, but thanks for the mirror.

I have to say, although I knew it was short, I was expecting something of a Full Circle, that is how films were in 2000 to how they are now. Great idea in theory, but this only seemed to go up to the Doreamon years. I agree with Aaron that this idea can be capitalised on, because it is a good one. I'm just not sure that a Short Film has the authority to execute it.

hahah, you SERIOUSLY think I wouldn't include more buttsex???, that sort of thing is pretty much standard in my movies. though having you masturbating in it is just a one time joke, but YEAH, thats what happens when you stop talking on msn to go for a wank

This was pretty cool but I pretty much agree with Aaron and Jon. I got the same feeling about the Doreamon part. Good effort though!

I really liked where it was heading, but i was bit disapointed as it didnt really seem to go all the way. What you did portray however, was pretty accurate and amusing. Like the other guys, i'd like to see a fuller version!

I personally felt that there was a lot more you could do with this idea. It's an idea that many other directors have sort of flirted with in the past, but never tackled head-on as a full idea.

I did enjoy the distinct parts where I could see the change in progress. But the progress was anything but consistant, afterall the heyday of massive sphere-overuse was right around the development of Doraemon, although it really had existed all along. The movie could and should have gotten more elaborate as it went on, but I understand the constraints a director would face in attempting that. It's a good bare-bones attempt, but there's a lot more that could've been done, in my opinion.

However, you say that you have a clear-esque idea of what you were going for and why you made what you made, so I'll trust you on that. Good job and I hope you take your ideas further in your next release
