It's one of the UK specific 3dmm default movies. If you downloaded your copy of 3dmm, you probably got the original american default movies and voices.

This is no way could be entertaining or useful to anyone. Also the translations might not even be accurate at all. I can't say for sure but regardless pretty much the majority of all automated internet translators are about ninety-nine percent of the time unreliable and usually a great bit off. What's the point of this?
