Rayman: Level 1
Plot Summary:
Chaos has fallen upon Rayman's world. Mister Dark wants to become its ruler, and to meet his goal, he has kidnapped and imprisoned all the Toons, these tiny elements essential to the light and life of the universe. Rayman is the latest hope. he's the only one who can go and free the Toons, and get to Mister Dark's lair to wipe him out..

Well here it is. I don't have much to say, my explanation and excuses are at the end of the movie. Even though it's unfinished, I've added a lot of extra stuff. Inspiration pictures, trailers from the games and stuff like that. Just like a DVD, trying to make up for not finishing it. for Seeing as this would be my 3dmm life's work, I'd appreciate a lot of comments and stuff. AND reviews even though it's unfinished. Very special thanks to Space Goat for uploading!

Enjoy.

Aw, that was a neat little flick. I'm not entirely sure what to say about it since the existing trailers summed up what you had completed pretty well. This looked to be a pretty cool movie. Don't be too hard on yourself though, dude. If the movie has become some big chore that you feel the need to finish in order to please everyone else then it probably isn't worth putting at the top of your priorities. I guess that it's cool if it's off your shoulders and you can now focus on working on what you want to work on.

Also, haha, I liked the additional items. I forgot about that Rayman whip image. Haha.

downloading...

Aaaah Anders...I haven't seen it yet, but I really wish you could have slapped on a half assed ending rather than to release it unfinished.

Oh well.

Sweet stuff, even if it's only a beginning. I liked it.

I do agree with what you said in the ending scene: your strength is animation. You're passionate about it, and you kick butt at it. Run with it.

That was pretty impressive as far as scenery and animation, almost TOO good sometimes. I'll admit Rayman doesn't exactly thrill me as a character in a movie, nor in a video game, but everything was 'coming' together nicely.

I think it's good you gave it up though... i'm sure you could find more inspiration if your ideas were all origional, that way you can stray off and do whatever the fuck you want, instead of being stuck in one particular setting.

Dammit, that was basically the most beautiful movie ever made in 3dmm. You better start releasing more shit cos the loss of what looks AMAZING has left me saddened.

All I can say at the moment is "You Bastard!"

You bastard for the computer-meltingly detailed animations and scenery. You bastard for being able to nail forest depth and shading perfectly. You bastard for the sillouhete effects. You bastard from scene 8, which runs at one frame a second but is no less aweome for it. You bastard for picking a fantastic set of music tracks. My soundtrack-need-to-know-ness needs to know where they're originally from. You bastard from being able to construct a perfect Rayman from spheres, touruses, Fingdings and Left Brackets

I envy you.

You bastard Anders.

You fabulous bastard
