Replay 2
Plot Summary:
A new string of murders and acts of terrorism brings back Detective Johnson out of retirement onto a new pointless adventure.

I didn't know how to put up the movies the correct way before, so if someone could delete that other thread.. thanks.

Comments are appreciated.

This isn't 3dmm, thus it should not be in the 3dmm film archive but rather the Art Gallery.

Second, I hope to GOD you were joking, "I made this to show off my direction skills" because the direction is piss poor.

When you weren't spoofing the matrix, your little movie was nothing but explosions, and poorly animated 3d models chasing each other with guns. What would ever possess you to waste your time on something like this? The most pathetic aspect of all, was that sadly, based on credits and your attitude, you took this hork of snot seriously.

For the sake of your reputation, I hope you never show this to anyone, ever again.

Bernatrick, have you ever played or seen the game 'The Movies' (in which this movie was made)?

Sure i agree with you on one thing, the movie shouldn't be in the 3DMM movie archive, but if you had ever seen The Movies, you would understand the movie a bit more...

Edit from the other thread:
Hey, that was great. Though i'm not sure i understood the plot/storyline 100%. But the music was really well done. Some syncing problems, but great overall. I can't seem to make anything anywhere near as good as that in the Movies. Mind you, i never really played it alot. I give it 85%.

Before the Movies came out, i thought it would absolutely kick 3dmm's ass. But in many ways, it can't really compare to 3dmm (aside from the graphical part of things). They are different in their own ways. 3dmm does give you more control over what the actors can do and what not. When i upgrade my PC, i might get back into playing the Movies.

Now that we have v3dmm, the Movies SHOULD be dreadfully inferior

This movie really shouldn't have been made in the Movies, I'm sorry. It's way too limited to tell a decent story without voices, and I'm sure some of the silliness like pulling big guns out of nowhere was forced due to the game, so I'll give you leeway. You tried to pull something interesting, other than the Matrixy ending, which is only bad due to being cliche and overdone.

So, uh, yeah.

You forgot your own detective's name?

Anyways yeah without 3dmm being involved this should really be an art gallery thing. Though the idea of using The Movies is kind of amusing, I just hope you weren't taking any aspect of this seriously at all.

Hahaha, Bernatrick.. your really really dumb.

Everyone else seemed to get it though. Let's not forget that this is a SEQUEL to REPLAY... one of the WORST 3dmm films of all time.. if not THE worst. I meant for it to make no sense, contain plenty of continuity errors and for it to just be generally bad. However at the same time keeping the action and effects with music pretty good (so that it's atleast watchable).

Thanks to everyone else who got the film.

Yes yes.. but if you parody this one.. you'll have to use The Movies or a good set of v3dmm sprites.. both which arn't worth your time.

You've gotta be kidding me. I realise it's bad on purpose, I realise it's a big fucking joke, but if you actually read my post you'd realise what my point was: you took it seriously. There's a difference between HAHA FUNNY BAD (see: snakes on a plane) and I TRY HARD BAD (see: scary movie four). You quite clearly created the latter. Matrix Spoofs = I TRY HARD BAD.
