Imp is short for imposter. It's someone who is already registered but creates a new account in order to get a fresh start. By the way I have definitly seen this story on TV before. Very unoriginal. Even though it is a good plot. You should have elaborated on it more. And use custom scenery.

Well he is my brother and i know he has/had no other accounts... but yeah, it's not an IMP account.
Anyways... hes no picaso (well that's not quite what i mean) when it comes to making his own scenes, which is why he opts for the default scenes whenever he can. But he does have some great movie ideas. When he learns how to make great scenery, he is bound to release some great movies.
