Andres is really untalented.

Andres is actually a very good director, however I feel it's his general attitude towards "perfection" that ruins his reputation.

If we were in the 24th century I'm sure Andres would be part of the Borg collective, perfection.

Yeah, he should be using l33t talk and making the same old repetitive "I fucked your mom" jokes like all the other retarded 15 year olds on this board, shouldn't he? Man, what's wrong with him?

Actually, Goat, I don't know if Fester is joking or not, but I do think that Andres is untalented.

So far he's released one movie worth bragging about (Dead Heart in a Dead World) and after the initial shock that it was in black and white, it got pretty old with me. I didn't really care about much of anything in it, except the character that Midbackman played, and he was only in about 3 seconds.

Also, that movie's credits were literally as long as the actual movie. That's fucking stupid. That's like me writing a book entitled, "THE BOOK ABOUT THE MONSTER THAT ATE ITSELF AND THEN PRODUCED PSYCHOTIC MONSTER BABIES THAT BRED IN A JAR AND FEASTED OFF BUG FLESH AND BRAIN MILK AND THEN MADE MORE MONSTERS ONLY THEY DIDN'T LIVE IN A JAR BECAUSE THEY WERE KILLING PEOPLE AND THEY WERE ONLY 16 INCHES TALL," and then having the entire text, "The people then died. The end." and THEN having an incredibly long and boring afterword by the author. And, for the icing on the cake, Dead Heart in a Dead World was in letterbox, which is just completely retarded and amateurish. I'm really surprised that anyone in 3dmm who isn't completely new uses that shit.

So, yes, if Andres made more dick and fart jokes, he'd at least be a pleasant person. Until then, he's a fucking hypocrite who really can't make a decent movie worth a fuck and acts abrasive, as well as malignant and obnoxious. And to tell the truth, I really don't think he's very mature.

And, oh yes, Jason Ruiz is better than Peter Atencio. Jason actually accomplishes the task of being funny which is hard in 3dmm, whereas Peter Atencio, with more resources and better control, still fails, in my opinion.
Although I think that Crazy Ivan is a good guy -- he's good to hear stories from and hear from in general -- I hope he puts something together that I really enjoy some day.

I strongly disagree with the original statement made in this thread. Andres de la Hoz has made some of the greatest 3D Movie Maker films ever (in my opinion, of course), such as Dead Heart in a Dead World (still my absolute favorite) and a top-quality World War II movie thats name eludes me. I have yet to see anything by "Fester Freelance," and therefore I strongly suspect that his skill is not comparable to Andres de la Hoz's.
