I can only get to like 12 cm of my feet, and I find press ups much easier than sit ups. I bet I could do like 50 press ups, but 5 sit ups would kill me. I'm average build for my height (if not slim) and I dunno. I wouldn't say I was weak. I can't bend properly, I've never been able to. When I was a kid I couldn't sit cross-legged cause it hurt

And did I mention it was not running, but more of a loose jog?
