Molotov in Vlarion
Molotov's Avatar
Plot Summary:
All three episodes, filmed in glorious technicolour! The movies are about a manifestation of myself running around picking apart the classic Vlarion series and turning it from a very deep and insightful drama into a wacky and ridiculous comedy. Some love it, some hate it. Give it a shot.

I know, I know, I'm a whore. I just wanted to try out the awesome new movie submitting system.

I can't watch this, because I've never watched the Vlarions

Yeah, well I HAVE, and thus, I can safely say that this series ruled from the start and continuations are much welcomed

I love this series, it's a shame that it had to stop.

There are a lot of class moments throughout, the random scene from 3 where 'Holy shit this scene is random' comes up; the highlight of the series for me.

I take it you like Final Fantasy. I like the Monk; how about you?

Not my type of film. However, I know about 50 other guys who would love this.

You might like this one game I found called, "Crazy Cross." It's a comedy RPG game that makes fun of all the classic ones in the past like Final Fantasy and Xenogears. You play as Lou who fights with a giant stapler, Tiny Jim who's a crippled kid with crutches and a nurse who specializes in only instant kill spells (no healing). My favorite character was Toki from Fist of the North Star. He's the Monk/Healer.

"I have magical fingers!!"

No, I'm not making fun of RPGs in general. I didn't even technically make this movie. Have you even seen the original Vlarion series?

Molotov in Vlarion is a joke movie series based on an RPG-themed fantasy story I did about five or six years ago. Since v3dmm came out and since I'm absolutely insane, I'm remaking the real series to a quality standard far, far higher than the original versions aspired to. The characters, plot, and themes are far more developed and much more universal, so even non-fantasy fans should be at least somewhat interested.

Never heard of Crazy Cross, but I'm all for skewering RPG conventions, storylines, and especially the fanbase wherever possible. Especially Xenogears, and with very little of an "I kid because I love" feeling. Blech.
