Yes, I've decided to get 3dmm.co.uk back on it's feet again and get this community back into the movie making spirit it always used to be.

Since the site is so big now and the community is too, reviewing/uploading movies simply cannot be done by one person alone.

So I've decided to get a bunch of about 5 people to do combined updates. Each person will be assigned to a certain genre of movies (say comedy or action movies) and they will only receive and review those movies.

By doing this, the workload will be massively reduced, and any given update will not hinge on any single person.

So basically;

I need willing dedicated and competent people to be part of the movie reviewing team.

Requirements are as follows:

• Competent at using Dreamweaver or at least good with web design and capable of learning Dreamweaver.
• Understand Paint Shop Pro well and be able to take screenshots etc.
• Have an email address that can receive large amounts of big mail (20 megs at least)
• Know how to upload via ftp.
• Generally be quite dedicated and motivated.

Anyone who offers will basically be saving the community as far as I see it. If this plan succeeds and the site can run again as it used to, then it puts the community bak on track for as long as web hosting can keep it going.

no, the updates will be as one, but I'll just have 5 people reviewing movies per genre as a way of spreading the workload.

Hmm. HTML Editing I can do, just not Dreamweaver.
Do you just need someone to edit pages? or does it have to be dreamweaver?

I literally just need people to receive, review, amd upload movies.

It would be nice if they could also add the review and stuff into the webpage themselves, but it's not essential if has to come to that.

cos all you'd need to be able to do is edit one of those movie review tables, nothing more.

i know dreamweaver some what, I hate PSP, I can only get up to 5 meg attachments, i knew FTP, I can be movtivated. Throw me in the mabye/probably not pile.
