Make another movie, Mike Storch.. I really like the style of your films and think it'd be awesome to see more work from you.

I'm working on something. After that, the future is cloudy, but I'm not done with 3dmm yet.

Very nice movie, I do hope you continue to make 3dmm films.

This one certainly is very well made, its one of the tiny minority of 3dmm films that actually manages to pull of suspense properly and gets you edging to see what happens next (The major twist was executed perfect!).

Scenery was exactly as it should've been; not too detailed, not too bland, just right to create a gritty more realistic feel. The textures in particular worked very well alongside the solid colours. Same deal applies to the animation, not exaggerated to the point of it being overly smooth and weightless.

The camera work was excellent, a lot of close ups used to keep things from being seen until certain keypoints throughout the movie. A lot of camera movement, which is what I especially like to see: Keeps things alive, along with the brilliant atmosphere created by the music and sound.

9/10. Well done Storch.

To VitoXman:

That's not a chainsaw, that's one of those kitchen meat cutter things. In either case, though, John (the kidnapper, not the victim) is obsessed with the torture and pain of his victim, not with the death (even though that is his victim's "inevitable fate" ). So what he does to his victim is keep him alive as long as possible through his instruments of torture while keeping him in as much pain as possible. That's at least how I saw the character when I made this.

Depends on what you want out of a horror movie, I guess. Missing is sick and stylish, while Derelict is a creepy adventure. * Shrugs *
