I honestly do not know how the hell to review these movies as they have the weirdest premise ever.

Who is Augustin? Why does he love burgers so much? What the fuck is a burger monster?

Some of these questions are answered by Toonsvilles charming movie as it seems to stick closest to the deep lore of the extended Augustin burger cinematic universe.

Our main antagonist Bo steals the augustin burger secret formula and our heroes must retrieve the much-coveted recipe.

The animation is mostly fine but nothing mind blowing, it’s a good start and introduction to the incoming weirdness that will haunt my dreams forever

Old Rivers:

Here we have an amusing quick joke. I appreciate the reference and decent animation but the lack of length Augustin and complete absence of burgers makes for a disappointing entry from our pal Mr Rivers.

Bagelman :

A turf war breaks out between KFC and Augustin Burger. This was the first entry that made me ‘lol’ with the ‘fast food, fast death’ line.

Pretty wacky and weird entry with a small amount of competent animation here and there, not completely terrible but obviously a new director.

Plopilpy:

Fantastic little music video here from the plopster if you can excuse his geographical knowledge the weird bit where he actually tells us to wait for the music to end and Bown appearing out of nowhere to recite a Shakespeare quote for NO REASON it’s a great little entry.

The animation is a particularly nice surprise with some great shots throughout it’s a generally big improvement from the monobrowed little scamp, just drop the baffling quotes next time we get it burger.

Patryk:

This entry surprised me for how long it made sense for it does turn into an unintelligible fever dream towards the end but a surprisingly competent and entertaining movie from the wrecking machine we call Patryk. I like the sci fi aspect of the Augistin Burger Burger Augustin burger

The animation for the most part is great there is a lot of good Augistin Burger here, also gets bonus points for doing decent voice acting by himself even though the levels are all over the Augustin Burger.

Red scorpion

This is a breath of fresh air in the competition and for 3dmm as a whole a brilliant entry all-round the animation comedic timing and great fighter references are all here, I must have watched this about 10 times.

The animation techniques where he splits the actors into parts works great here and the blood effects are truly unique its packed with references and humour, I love it almost as much as a 6.95 combo Augustin burger deluxe with a brioche bun home style pickles and one hundred percent ground beef patties cooked to perfection on a flame grill to capture the intense flavour.

Nixon

An outstanding film from old crazy Nixon that really stands up as its own movie and not just a contest entry however the surreal style does match with this contest perfectly and had me in stitches whenever dialogue came out from stone colds sound alike or the handicapped brothas, story is hilarious and the pacing keeps things going with an upbeat well selected soundtrack and constant action and silly Nixon weirdness.

The animation is generally really well done where everything is in motion constantly and never looks flat there is a lot of attention to detail in the environments that are busy and interesting even in shorter shots, the burgers are delicious and have a perfect layering of toppings and unique flavour profile with an astringent punch from the pickles cutting through the robust smoky aftertaste of the generously hearty meat patties, paired with mouth-watering crunchy old style country fries lightly washed in clarified butter making the perfect accompaniment to an already near perfect meal.
