I'm working on the remake because I feel you need to watch the first before you can watch blood money. So I'm redoing the first to be better than the actual first tgbh film.

I think the first one is fine. In fact I think it's cooler to juxtapose how quaint the first one is with blood moneys rise in quality. I think you're too focused on making this a "cinematic universe" instead of just making a good movie. People watch sequels first all the time. I watched texan time-travel 2 first and I got it just fine.

If you REALLY want to remake the first one that's fine but I think you should do it after the second one comes out since you're already far along on it.

^ agreed, and also we don't need DVD menus or promotional material or anything like that in order to enjoy blood money. just the movie itself is fine.
