This is the Patrick actor reskinned as Tommy Vercetti from Gta Vice City.

Consider this an early Christmas gift from yours truly.

COSTUMES: Street Outfit, Soiree Outfit (As seen in The Party), Country Club Outfit (As Seen in Four Iron) and the Frankie Outfit (Unlocked after 100 precenting the game)
