How do i publish/make mods here?

well if you publish your mod here the Moderator have to approve it which may take a while since most of them are few and busy.

fair warning though that the process of actor creation is very time consuming and annoying (especially with texturing and animating), just thought i'd mention that because for reasons beyond my understanding no one ever brings that up
