Among Us
Plot Summary:
The spaceship has some problems! It's time for the Crewmates to do their tasks, and help to fix the spaceship, however, there's 1 impostor that will do anything to stop them. Who could it be? Based off of the game: Among Us.

If you don't want to download the movie then you might want to view the YouTube video instead. Sadly, the video recorder I have doesn't record very well the sound, because it makes the audio, sound like it's on a cold windy day, plus the audio doesn't sync very well with the movie.

I highly recommend you to download the file and play it on 3D Movie Maker, for better audio and graphics quality.

Well at least I tried.
Oh, and what's so terrible about it? just saying terrible won't help the author in any way.

I didn't think it was terrible. It was pretty amateurish overall, but had some promising elements.

The Good
-A proper story
-Timing was pretty good (the immediate cut to blue being ejected was funny)
-Some clever visual stuff, like the way you showed the lights going out
The Bad
-Not much custom animation
-The killer was immediately revealed, meaning it was never a mystery to the audience
-The dialogue was all in giant 3D words, where the actual text tool would have been a better alternative

For a first effort, it wasn't too awful. Keep working and improving on your animation and your movies will probably be fairly well received.

Hey, thank you! Well, I used 3D words because I don't know how to make the 2D Words disappear on a frame, the 2D Words would just stay on the entire scene. Any idea how to fix that by the way?

Thank you for the feedback, it really helps me a lot.

I don't know if I should make an improved movie of this game, with some of the suggestions you gave me.

Use the 'Cut' feature (located in the 'Cut, Copy, & Paste Tools' menu) on the edge of the text box during whichever frame you want the words to disappear (the 'Words' tab has to be open when you do it).

I recommend moving on to a new project, rather than remaking your old movies.

Nah, don't worry. I take criticism well. I do my best to improve my works, of course, if you want to help me then you could share creative and useful feedback. To understand what you want and what you don't want.

Thanks for the help, I guess I should make new proyect then. I hope it gets well received to the public. Do you have any recommendations for a Screen Recorder? Hypercam 2 isn't that good nowadays to record that much colors, especially black tones, and it's pretty sucky to record audio as it makes it look like it was played on a distorted radio transmission.

I guess Hypercam is good for Windows 9x type and Windows XP systems.

ShareX works pretty well, you just gotta set it up in the "task options" menu. Also set video resolution to HD and audio codec to mp3 (audio quality set to 0 btw)

I use OBS Studio, it's free, powerful, and has no watermark. Back then, I used Hypercam 2 to record movies because it recorded at 10 fps, around the same framerate as a movie. I've stopped using it, though.

Oh, I also forgot to mention. In OBS Studio, you can control the volume coming from an external microphone or the computer itself. If you don't want background noise, click the volume icon for microphone audio to mute it and there you go.

For recording, I typically use oCam.

By the way, how can you record a specified region? Because I don't want to record the entire screen as 3D Movie Maker can't adjust its size of the size of the display.

In OBS, you hold alt and drag the borders until it's where you want to record it. To make it fill up the whole screen, stop holding alt and position it until it's where you want it.

ShareX is without a watermark, it's freeware, and you just press shift+print screen to start a windowed recording, as long as it's running in the background.

You didn't choose 'cut,' you chose 'remove text box' which, much like 'remove actor/prop' removes it from your movie entirely. Use 'cut' instead (the picture of the scissors).

No, you need to cut the box, not the text itself.
