Honestly this seems like it could be a blast. My friends and I are considering going. At the very least its an excuse to have a road trip, which I love.

I HAVE A SIGN

was there any real point to this? i just watched a bunch of clips on youtube and all i saw was stewart and colbert delivering mediocre comedy and some musicians playing mediocre music. in what way does that contribute to the restoration of sanity?

You don't know what you're talking about. A rally for the 'tea party for democrats' would be spewing liberal propaganda. It wasn't. Like at all.

Really the whole message was basically that we shouldn't let politicians and the media divide and polarize us and that the issues that we face as a country should be addressed in a 'reasonable' and 'sane' manner.

how is that different from what obama, head of the democrats, has argued

he's always had a bipartisan and "both sides of the aisle" message
