Right, I was under the assumption that it wasn't JUST people to be banned in the FUTURE but actually allowing ALL banned people (even from the past) to now post in that forum. Otherwise yeah it would be useless.

This is actually a good idea I think. Whether or not we can communicate with them needs some thought though.

Not only would it be a form of entertainment, but some people might actually work hard to show that they are allowed to be unbanned. It's a much better to see how a person has changed rather than receive an apology message saying "I promise I won't do it again".

Although I do think that time must elapse, maybe 1-2 weeks, before a person can start posting in the banned forum. Just to give them that time, separated from the community, to think.

Once that exists, other ideas can be implemented and voted on. Such as a certain amount of movies need to be made with a minimum rating before they can come back(It might re-ignite movie creation further). Or, give them a ridiculous profanity censorship(purely entertainment value).
