LOL. Klown, if you understood the details of the situation you would know that he's not going to get convicted. The Judge declared the outcome of the 1st trial a farce. All parties pretty much agree at this point that his retrial is pointless, and he won't be convicted again. He can't be, because of certain changes in the laws and a few other formalities. In all likelihood they're probably just going to let him go and not even have a trial at this point.
