To avoid having parallel individuals paying royalties to Microsoft, having a single agency for submitting potential commercial releases of 3dmm movies to may eliminate the need for every person who made their movies to pay royalties. Also, the reason why I suggested Detroit as the test market is becasue for these reasons:
1. I live in the area.
2. Many poor black people only have so much money to buy goods with, and marketing cheap 3dmm films to them may be a good way to provide entertainment to them.
3. Detroit needs some film industry.
4. 3DMM does a good job at rendering low-budget film scripts.

With my aforementioned suggestion, can't we just give it a try?

4.Leave the low-budget film scripts for the college film scripts. 3DMM is more adept to free scripts, written by community members and/or relatives of them.

Besides, nobody's interested in paying cash to Microsoft to share 3DMM films when it can be done for free here.
