is there a way to turn off the fucking default imaginopolis theme music when you make a new scene? like, make it so when you make a new scene, it has no sound in it at all?

Just click on the little musical note in the sound menu, click the empty screen, and to your right either pull the bar all the way down or click the red cross-out thing.
