can't get into control panel

Hi - I cant get into my control panel options, which means I can't upload a new avatar or give myself a cool signature. heeeelp me please

You were using a geocities image as your signature, which is against geocities rules. They do not allow remote linking, the image just shows up as a broken link. You then left this broken image in your signature for two days, giving me the impression you were either too lazy, or just didn't care enough to at least fix it. I don't appreciate having to go into the control panel and fix other people's mistakes because they are too lazy to do it themselves. Blocking you from your user profile was the only way I could make sure I wouldn't have to go in there again.

If you rename the image name to filename.txt or filename.htm GeoCities allows it.

can't remember why it was sigbanned... too big or something. it was a long time ago, i think i've served a long enough sentence.

This also works with any other network that bans image linking (like Angelfire, although they usually get a tad pissed over it)

couldn't you at least send them a PM with a message telling them how to fix it? You're the admin, you're supposed to HELP people.
