Goro told me to make an art thread, that tyrant.

So I did:

This was for the Badge of Blood (site is currently down for some reason) Half-Life 2 modification community that I never posted to, yet. But, instead of it being a whole fanatic-artwork piece and whatnot, it was more of a texturing/photoshop/lighting effort. I think it turned out horribly.

Moving on;

Here, I have one of the few "concept" soldier designs for The Federation Army for Outpost 101, which I gave up production on. ('Twas suppost to be a 3DMM movie, remember?) Anyway, it was mainly for the whole torso, but I decided to stick on poorly-drawn arms and legs.

... And here is just some stuffs I did over MS Paint this year. Kyle Magocs (bottom-left obviously) was probably the best piece of "pixel art," if concidered so, work using MS Paint.

Yeah, the middle one is definitely the best of the bunch. I can see what you mean about having a similar style to me.. I focus on the torso as well quite often, but then the appendages often feel tacked on. Yours here have come together fairly well!

I would really like to see some sketches of Zix characters as well

Magocs head looks awesome for some reason. I wouldn't consider it pixel art, though.

Work on your characters' bodies, though. Try to give them more natural poses. The character in the second one is standing like he has a serious Napoleon complex.

But yeah, cool stuff here!

Sorry, Bud. I don't do furries.

Oh, and HMC; my freehand is horrible with posing. It turns to be all sloppy, and all of the proportions are off.

The first two are really plain and boring in concept. Generic, in a way.

The last image you posted has soom cool shit in it though, like that thing in the center. It's like a mix of those things from Spirit Within and that other thing... from... that movie...

It looks cool and FAMILIAR.
