They probably won't fall apart, but still, Kariya's a very bad player to lose. I'd say conference finals is as far as they'll get.

They are saying that he might be back before that. We shall see.
They have so much offensive power anyhow... I don't think losing Kariya will be an insurmountable obstacle. Hopefully Selane can get going in the playoffs... then they will be fine.

I despise montreal, first off they think that because of their history they are somehow better then everyone else. And second they have no class. They start off by booing the American national anthem, then Ribeiro makes a total jackass of himself by rolling around on the ice like hes having a seizure.

That guy is such a moron, he gets his hand slashed and he just completely ignores the puck, then he skates blindlessly into his own player who was just trying to clear the damn thing. Even if you're in that much pain, you should at least kick the puck away or something.

And canucks did fucking horrible... what was it, 4 nothing? I stopped watching after the second period.

So I go to NHL.com and see that it's 2-1.

I remeber now, there were like, 4 minutes left in the game, Avs up 2 goals... so I turned it off and never thought about it again. Damn... I can't believe they blew it.

I'm going to tape them... but since they take place at relatively the same time, I'm sure the announcers of one game will keep giving away the score of the other game.

it really sucks to be actually in the city of the team that's whupping ass on your favorite team. im actually kinda glad to see cloutier go, because i never had confidence in the guy anyway. i still stand behind auld alot more than i would hedburg. even though he fucked up the game for us last night.

anyone heard any info on sundin? i heard he's out now too with an ankle sprain or something. anyway, so far these have been an extremely dissapointing playoffs. the refs (especiially in the leafs and the canucks' series) are fucked and they're calling the most retarded stuff.

I think it's been pretty exciting so far.

Mostly I'm glad that it doesnt look like there will be too many upsets, so that the later rounds will be all the star teams, rather than a bunch of underdogs.

And I'm EXTREMELY glad that Philly will most likey knock out New Jersey.
