The Screaming Man Theory

I have a theory that if an adult male was to stand up right now in his house (depending on it being in a residential area) and just start yelling as loud as his lungs would let him continuously, within an hour he would be imprisoned and his freedoms removed. Think to yourself, what would happen to you if you were to start using your throat to its maximum potential? are we truly free?

They have freedom of speech but I don't think they have freedom of volume.

Noise disturbance is one thing but if you're screaming for an hour and the police show up, it's a wellness check at that point.
