Addon and posting movie question

if you have installed a certain expansion, such as the nickelodeon expansion, would it require you to install it even though you never used it through out your movie?

No.

If the expansion is active, though, it has to be installed by the viewer. It cannot be installed with the file, as that'd make the filesize massive.
