How do I import image to thread?

I know how to add link from YouTube but I can't import images.

Yes I am still a young boy but the way they import image in this website is too dated for someone born after 2008 to understand.
This website hasn't changed a lot since 2005 so I don't know how old folks imported images in a website from the 00s.

Go to imgur, upload an image, click the three buttons at the top iirc and then “Get share links”. You should see a version with [img] [/img] tags between the link and copy and paste that, making the [img] all caps.

i did what u said but when i clicked preview post, it didnt show the image.
