I'd probably never try it, considering that Pepsi is slightly acidic and it can curdle the milk proteins into a gloppy mess.

Ice Cream floats work because they have a sweetness to them. Not milk.

Well they didn't have Pepsi, but having just tried Coke and milk, I have to say it tastes pretty bad. My gut felt weird after about fifteen minutes.
